1930's Buffet Restored and Reinvented, Original Hardware, The Wood is Stained in Jacobean, We trimmed the legs and fluting in Black Satin and the hardware has Bakelite centers and the metal is painted in black Satin. This beautiful piece was found at an Estate Sale in Leawood, KS. It was in beautiful condition. We decided to restore the wood completely since it was 90 years old and bring it back to a more modern look for today's savvy buyers. After applying the Jacobean stain, we were amazed to discover the different woods used in building this piece both end doors to the cabinets match, both drawers match and the top waterfall wood is breathtaking. The top alone has 5 coats of clear to enhance the waterfall look and the cabinet has three coats of clear for protection. We are thrilled to bring this piece to the market J & D.
