Welcome to my artist page where you can enjoy vintage furniture restored to new beauty with timeless classic finishes chosen to reflect the style and period of each piece. My childhood was filled with many different aspects of creativity, but I especially loved to paint. As a teenager, I began to paint and refinish pieces I found in my parent's storage house or at a garage sale down the street. Vintage furniture has always had a place in my own home and I still have many of those pieces today. Our homes become an extension of ourselves. Creating a comfortable and inviting retreat gives me great joy and I love being able to share this with others. After a long and rewarding career in the medical field, I am so excited to be able to pursue my dream of rescuing and restoring vintage American made furniture. These pieces are our history and were crafted to last for decades. Furniture left on the side of the road destined for the landfill can now be given new life and destined to become family heirlooms instead. Each piece will be thoroughly cleaned, repaired and refinished using no VOC natural products with processes and finishes that have been used on furniture for centuries.
