Very unusual and unique antique storage chest with a hinged top that lifts open to reveal ample storage. The center panel is a hand carved scene depicting a rather good time with dancing and beer flowing. It is incredibly detailed down to facial expressions. Definitely a conversation piece and would be perfect in a home bar or even for use as a window seat in a hall or in a nook of your home. The color is a pale green with minimal distressing leaving the carved center piece as the highlight of this antique chest. Certainly the only one of these I have ever seen!
