Details

This stunning piece is named after Joan I, the sole daughter and heir of Henry I, King of Navarre. She married Philip the Fair (the future Philip IV) in 1284 AD and became queen of France when he ascended to the throne in 1285. This beautiful antique dresser has been gently restored into an "entryway" eye piece. Painted in a light vintage grey chalk paint, sanded smooth and sealed in a clear matte, with a dark walnut stained top and front legs sealed in a satin sheen. There are three lovely drawers, all with light grey floral interior lining. Drawer knobs are a high gloss antique gold. Mobile on wheels.

I went to school for interior design many years ago and decided it wasn't for me at the time. Since then I have decorated my homes with many different pieces of furniture that I restored. My passion is updating French Provincial furniture and giving it a back story. My brand name means Beautiful Sister, named after my sister. I like to give everything a French vibe! Please check out my art and purchase your own one of a kind piece!
